PayCoreHN is payroll calculation and administration software. PayCoreHN does not receive, hold, transfer or disburse funds belonging to the company or its employees, and has no access to the company's bank accounts. Payroll disbursements are authorized and executed solely by the client company through its own banking institution.
PayCoreHN is not a payment service provider, payment facilitator, money transmitter or e-money issuer, and does not issue stored value.
Language. This English text is a convenience translation. The binding version of these Terms is the Spanish one, available at Términos y Condiciones. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Spanish version prevails.
These Terms govern the use of PayCoreHN, the payroll and human resources service available at paycorehn.com and app.paycorehn.com. By subscribing to or using the service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by FYMTECH S. de R.L. ("FYMTECH", "we", "us"), a commercial company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Honduras, with its domicile in San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras. PayCoreHN is a product of FYMTECH S. de R.L.
"You" or "the Client" means the natural or legal person who subscribes to the service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. What PayCoreHN is
PayCoreHN is software as a service (SaaS) for administering payroll and human resources in Honduras. Among other functions it calculates ISR (income tax withholding), IHSS (social security contributions), RAP (mandatory private pension contributions), overtime, the statutory 13th and 14th month bonuses and final settlements, and it generates the related reports and files.
Some modules are subscribed to separately, such as biometric time clocks, the SAP Business One integration, contractor management and the employee self-service app.
PayCoreHN is a calculation and management tool, not an adviser. Results depend on the data you load and the parameters you configure. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for complying with your labor, tax and social security obligations. The service does not constitute legal, accounting or tax advice. Review the results before paying a payroll or filing a return.
3. What PayCoreHN does not do: the money stays with you
PayCoreHN calculates payroll and produces documents and files. It does not move money. This section draws that boundary, because it defines who is answerable for what:
- We do not receive or hold funds. PayCoreHN does not open or administer accounts, does not maintain balances in favour of the company or its employees, and does not issue stored value of any kind.
- We do not transfer or disburse. We have no access to the company's bank accounts, we do not initiate transfers, and we cannot authorize a banking transaction.
- The bank file export is a file, not a payment. PayCoreHN generates a file in the layout your bank requires. You download it and upload it to your own online banking portal, and you authorize the payment there. Whatever happens next happens between your company and your bank.
- Employer loans, advances and wage advances are administrative records. The credit, the advance or the voucher is granted and handed over by the employer to its own staff. PayCoreHN does not extend credit, does not finance the employee and does not hand over money: it records the transaction and calculates the installments deducted through payroll.
- The canteen module is not a payment method. It records what staff consume so that it can be deducted through payroll. There is no stored balance, nothing is topped up, it cannot be used outside the company, and we do not process card payments.
- Contractor documents are for internal approval. PayCoreHN calculates retentions and assembles the payment and release documents; the party that pays the contractor is the company.
Accordingly, the service neither constitutes nor includes payment services, payment processing, payment facilitation, money transmission, electronic money issuance, custody of funds or the extension of credit. You are responsible for reviewing the results of the calculation before authorizing any payment, and for the decision to pay it.
4. Account, users and credentials
- Using the service requires an account with truthful, current information.
- The Base plan includes 5 users and the Full plan 10. Each additional user costs USD 10 per month (see section 6).
- You are responsible for what happens with your credentials. Do not share them, and use a distinct password for each user.
- You administer the roles, permissions and data scope of your users inside the application.
- If you believe someone accessed your account without authorization, tell us immediately at the support address.
5. Acceptable use
In using PayCoreHN you undertake not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes, or to process personal data without a legal basis for doing so.
- Attempt to breach the security of the service, access other clients' data, or conduct penetration testing without our written authorization.
- Decompile, reverse engineer or copy the software, except to the extent the law expressly permits.
- Resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties without a written agreement with us.
- Deliberately overload the platform, for example with bulk automated processes beyond what is reasonable for normal use.
If a particular use puts the platform, other clients' data or third parties at risk, we may suspend it. We give notice beforehand where possible, and we always explain the reason.
6. Plans, prices and billing
All prices are in United States dollars (USD) and are charged in USD. The Base plan includes the statutory modules and 5 users; the Full plan adds every premium module and includes 10 users. They are paid monthly or, if you prefer, annually in advance with a 5% discount over twelve months:
| Plan | Employees | Monthly price (USD) | Annual payment (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base 10 | Up to 10 | $70 | $798 |
| Base 20 | Up to 20 | $90 | $1,026 |
| Base 40 | Up to 40 | $130 | $1,482 |
| Base 80 | Up to 80 | $180 | $2,052 |
| Base 120 | Up to 120 | $200 | $2,280 |
| Full 40 | Up to 40 | $280 | $3,192 |
| Full 80 | Up to 80 | $330 | $3,762 |
| Full 120 | Up to 120 | $350 | $3,990 |
Premium modules on their own, which add to any Base plan, and additional users:
| Add-on | Monthly price (USD) | Annual payment (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| Biometric clocks module | $40 | $456 |
| Employee self-service app module | $30 | $342 |
| SAP Business One module | $45 | $513 |
| Contractors · Construction module | $40 | $456 |
| Staff canteen module | $15 | $171 |
| Mid-period wage advances module | $20 | $228 |
| Additional user (each) | $10 | $114 |
The six separate modules come to $190 a month; on the Full plan they are included. More than 120 employees is quoted individually. If you hold a written quote from us, that quote prevails over list prices.
- Billing and collection. Billing and collection terms are agreed with each client and set out in their subscription agreement, which establishes the payment method, the currency and the cycle.
- Cycle and renewal. The subscription is monthly, or annual if you choose to pay yearly, and renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel it.
- Taxes. Taxes applicable in your jurisdiction may be added to the price shown and are itemized on each period's invoice.
- Upgrading. Takes effect immediately, with a pro-rata adjustment for the remainder of the cycle.
- Downgrading. Takes effect at the next renewal. The difference for the current cycle is not refunded.
- If you outgrow your tier. If you exceed your plan's employee count, we tell you and agree the move to the appropriate plan before charging it.
- Price changes. We give at least 30 days' notice and the new price applies from the next renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel before that date.
- Failed payment. We do not suspend your account automatically over a declined payment: we contact you first. Suspension is a decision we take after trying to reach you.
7. Your data and our intellectual property
The data you load is yours. Information about your company, your employees, your payroll runs and your documents belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it for the sole purpose of providing the service, supporting you and complying with the law.
You can export your information from the application while your account is active. If you need a full extraction, write to us.
The software is ours. PayCoreHN, its code, design, documentation, trademarks and logos are the property of FYMTECH S. de R.L. These Terms give you a right to use the service while your subscription is in force, not ownership of the software.
If you send us improvement suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to pay for them or to keep the suggestion itself confidential.
8. Availability, maintenance and support
- We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not warrant that it will be free of interruptions or errors. There is no service level agreement (SLA) with a committed percentage unless we agree one in writing.
- Scheduled maintenance is carried out, as far as possible, outside Honduran business hours and with advance notice.
- Support is provided by email at support@paycorehn.com and by phone or WhatsApp at +504 9991-1795, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Honduras time, UTC−6).
- Support and complaint response times are set out in our Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
9. Confidentiality
We treat the non-public information you share with us as confidential, and we expect the same from you in respect of non-public information about the service. This obligation does not apply to what is already public, to what you lawfully receive from a third party, or to what we are required to disclose by order of a competent authority.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or for fines or surcharges arising from incorrect data, misconfigured parameters or decisions taken by you or by third parties.
- Our total aggregate liability, on any ground, will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for anything the law does not permit to be limited.
11. Indemnity
You will hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms or of the law, including the processing of your employees' data without the necessary legal basis.
12. Term and termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle already paid for. The detail is in the Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
- We may terminate the agreement if you breach these Terms seriously or repeatedly, after notice and a reasonable period to cure, unless the breach cannot be cured.
- On termination your access to the application ends. We keep your data available for export for 30 days after termination and delete it within the following 90 days, unless the law requires us to retain it longer. If you need a copy, request it within those 30 days.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we notify you by email or inside the application at least 15 days in advance. If you keep using the service after the effective date, we take it that you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you may cancel.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras, without application of its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras. Before starting proceedings, we agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through the complaints procedure described in the Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
This does not affect any rights that the law of your country of residence grants you on a non-waivable basis.
These Terms were drafted in Spanish. The Spanish version at Términos y Condiciones is the binding one; where this translation and the Spanish text differ, the Spanish text prevails.
15. Other provisions
- If a clause is held invalid, the remainder stays in force.
- You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it in the event of a reorganization or sale of the business, on notice to you.
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refunds and Cancellation Policy and your written quote if you have one, form the entire agreement between the parties.
